Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be in original packaging and unused condition, or be defective.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact our support team via email or your OlenMart account.
- Provide your order ID and reason for return.
- Follow the instructions to send the product back.
Note: Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued via Wallet or Store Credit only.
- Refund processing time is usually 3–5 business days.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.
